This is a engaging activity when reviewing ordering rational numbers. On the board, draw a number line from -5 to 5. Print the cards and have the students come up and place them on the board one at a time (magnets work, but masking tape is easier to remove). Students will need to give a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down," if they agree or disagree with the student placing the number. This activity encourages all students to participate and work together. This also includes an answer key!
I've added a no-negative version to use for differentiation in the classroom.
