Topics covered: carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, enzymes, monomers, polymers, dehydration, hydrolysis. Students are given structural formulas and asked to identify them as monosaccharide, amino acid, fatty acid, glycerol and nitrogen base. This can be used as a quiz or test, homework, or just a great review for your own test on organic compounds.
The level/difficulty of these questions would be appropriate for an advanced Biology I class or a second year Biology class.
