Hello, I am just starting and playing catch up so late in the year. With being new and trying to become organize can be challenge. I love color coding and having great color graphic binder and covers. Can you tell me how you made them? Is there a program I can purchase? I want to be able to make my own so I can customize the words etc of the covers and binders I just simply dont know how or what program to use. I greatly appreciate you sending me in the right direction.
Thanks so much for stopping by my store. If you are interested in creating your own binders, I have an editable set available that is very easy for you to customize yourself. If you have Microsoft Powerpoint, all you need to do is open the file, click on the text boxes, and then edit the text to your liking. Here is the link to my editable binder-izing kit:
I absolutely love these binder covers...thank you! There is only one Binder cover that I need (Literacy) that you don't have. Are you able to make just one? I don't have powerpoint, so I can't make it with your kit.
So glad you like the binder covers! Unfortunately, I am not able to customize the free Organizational Binder covers, but I have made a Word version available if you would like to check them out...Here is the link:)
I love your organizational binders labels! However, I cannot get the black ink labels (like the title of Math for instance) to print on the first on the first 12 pages. How can I get these to print out? Thanks

I'm so sorry you're having trouble. I'm not sure what is going on, but the following link should explain how to troubleshoot your download/printing issues. If this does not fix the problem, please let me know:)
I think these would be cute to organize my "end of the year scrapbook" I do for my students but don't want their name on ever "divider" is there a way I can get these with not "property of"?
That is a great idea! I have a customizable Binderizing Kit that is available for purchase, and it would allow you to delete the words "property of" as well as add your own text. Here is the link: http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Customizable-Binder-izing-Kit-PowerPoint-2010-Version

Hi,
I am interested in the customized binder labels but I have Power Point 2007. Will the other versions work?
Thanks,
Karen
Karen, I believe that PPT 2007 uses a pptx format, so the 2010 version should work on it. If not, the 97-2003 version will definitely work. It will just say that it is editing in "compatibility mode." If you'd like to purchase the 2010 format to try it, you are welcome to do so, and if you find that it doesn't work and you need the older version, I'd be glad to email it to you. Just let me know!
Hi, Brooke! I downloaded the binder labels and for some reason, I'm left with a funny black bar at the bottom that looks like it's blurring part of the file out. I've downloaded the latest version of adobe and redownloaded the file, but nothing has changed. Would it be a problem for you to email me the file in a way that this won't happen? Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it! shannon.engley@gmail.com :)
Shannon, I'm sorry you're having trouble. Please click the following link for help trouble-shooting: http://ericabohrer.blogspot.com/2012/05/trouble-opening-tpt-files.html
If this doesn't help, let me know and I'll email you the pdf. Thanks!
I use Powerpoint 2010 and love it! It is soo much easier than Word, and it is not as expensive as some other programs.

I'm trying to download this file because they look so cute and I would love for all of my binders to have matching covers, but when I click "download" it says "no input file selected". Is there a way you could e-mail this file to me instead?
Sure, just reply with your email and I'll get it right to you!

3/29/12 I have used a binder system for years, now I can have nicer covers. Can you make a June page? I teach from the end of August to about the 3rd week in June in Ma. I saw this on Pinterest, which led me to your other TpT items. I love the Green Eggs and Ham Contractions. I will pay and download that over the weekend. Thank you , Sandy
Ask and you shall receive! I added a June and July page just in case that would be useful for anyone else, too! Thanks for the suggestion!

I love the binders!!! I can't wait to organize mine. I am wondering if the other teachers in your school download your things? Does it promote teamwork or competition having such wonderful ideas?
I'm glad you like them! You made me laugh with the comment about competition or teamwork! My team is really diverse when it comes to teaching styles, which makes things interesting, but it is working well for us. We meet weekly to share ideas, and since we are so different, there are lots of ideas shared. We've come to the understanding that it is okay to take ideas from our meetings and modify them to fit our own styles/needs or to choose not to use them at all without hurt feelings. So, some of my teammates like the binders and have decided to use them, while others use different systems. A couple of them may even think I'm crazy for spending so much time on them, haha!
This is my sixth year teaching first grade, and I could not imagine myself anywhere else! From teaching my firsties how to read to celebrating the 100th day of School in super-hero style, I absolutely love it!
