Simply select the template(s) you wish to use, photocopy back to back and add them to your teaching binder. Use one sheet for each student and note phone calls, emails, conferences, etc.

My Blackline Design Products were created so that you can print them at home or school without using up oodles of expensive ink. Once you print it once, they can then be duplicated using a photocopier.
You can print on colored cardstock or scrapbook paper to add your own personality to it. They look AMAZING against brightly colored backgrounds.

We enter our parent communication on our school computers. However, I'm never at my computer when I call home. This makes it easy to make notes about my communication and then enter them into our school system when I have time.

Great idea, but from the description I didn't understand it was the same page in many different fonts/styles It uses a lot of black ink. Also, the box for the student's name is black on every page. You will need a light-colored gel pen to record the name if hand-writing, or spend time typing each name individually.

I LOVE the black line design! I can print it on the copier at school without worrying about what it will look like and without wasting the color ink on our printers.
