I used this powerpoint as a general overview of China during a unit for my 7th grade social studies class. Student enjoyed learning about the different dynasties and loved the pictures. From their notes, we then created a "Great Wall" that traveled all down the hall and throughout the entire 7th grade, using construction paper and cutting it to look like the shape of a castle/wall/block... then students had to write down facts on each block.
You could use this powerpoint in a million different ways. Take notes, take a test, make a wall... no matter how you use it, I know you will find it helpful! And great to use for middle school, high school, and beyond!!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I am a highly certified language arts and social studies teacher, and have taught in California, Kansas, and currently North Carolina. I received a BS in secondary English education, and have worked as a language arts teacher in three schools, improving writing test scores by 30% in one year! I have taken additional course work and exams to be highly qualified in secondary social studies as well, a subject I have fallen in love with as a teacher!
