I use this book with my 4th & 5th graders to work on visualizing. I read through it the first time without showing the pics. After some discussion and predicting, we read it again & I show the pics. We also work on vocabulary. I love having this companion pack to incorporate more activities - it's such a great book!

This download is jammed pack with quality therapy activities! I especially like the graphic organizers. I just printed the packet and can't wait to try with my students in January. Owl Moon is one of my favorite books and I'm always looking for new ways to use it in my therapy lessons...this one is the best yet!

Though I love activities in color, my printer ink and Christmas budget thank you! Though the activities are primarily in black & white, with the great graphics included, the kids won't even notice! Plus the worksheets will make for great homework sheets. I particularly liked the auditory comprehension stories added to this unit that kept with the owl theme. Great work, CC!

I am so excited for another literature based unit...and no laminating! I used your Polar Express unit and just finished cutting out my laminating for The Mitten, which I am using next month. I love your creativity and I truly enjoy doing therapy using functional tasks! Thanks for another goodie to add to my collection :)
