Here is a parent notification (in English & Spanish) for a school awards assembly. I print them up on bright yellow paper with English on one side and Spanish on the other. I then cut the paper into four parts. Proper notification of awards assemblies helps get the parents involved in their student's education.
I created an example to show you how it might look. This Word document is easy to modify. You would simply change the school name and location (if necessary). Then, copy and paste a picture (looks best in black and white) of your school mascot. You can type in the day, time, and location or you can print out the English and Spanish (front to back) and then write in the day, time, and location. Simply change the day in Spanish. Here is a simple translation for the days of the week: Monday = lunes, Tuesday = martes, Wednesday = miercoles, Thursday = jueves, Friday = viernes.

form would look like when completed. There are also fonts included.
