This appointment clock allows students to sign up for the partners they will work with whenever partners are needed. They can sign up with just 4 or all 12. This eliminates the chaos of students picking partners each time; you simply say, "Meet with your 12 o'clock (or 3:00, 6:00, or 9:00) partner." Students immediately meet with the correct partner with no wasted time.
