This group project allows students to create a campaign for a part of speech. They must create a mascot, a slogan, a poster, and a campaign speech. I use it to review the parts of speech in high school before indepth study, but it can also be used at the end of a grammar unit. It really makes students understand how each part of speech is used.

I love this idea! It's going to be a terrific activity for me to start the year with my freshmen English class. We always have to review the parts of speech, and this is a wonderful way to achieve that goal creatively. Thanks!
