This interactive jeopardy game is engaging and fun for students. There are two games included. One focuses on nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. The second one focuses on identifying them in a sentence, spelling changes in verbs and nouns, and only has 3 questions about conjunctions and prepositions. There are also a couple "yellow" slides which means "daily double."
In order to play the game, it is just like you were presenting a power point. It is really easy! Once it starts, it is just a matter of clicking. I use the smartboard and it works great!
Here you go for more detailed directions: Click on "slide show", then click on "from beginning." The introduction pages will come up. Click on either game 1 or 2. The game board will come up. Click on the your choice, click anywhere on the screen and the question will appear. Click anywhere on the screen again for the answer to appear. When ready, click the big black return arrow button and go back to the game board. The numbers that were already chosen will be highlighted so the students won't choose the same one.
