Deal out all cards. It doesn't matter that the number of cards are uneven. Have players look at their cards and lay down any contraction matches they may have. The starting player chooses one card from the hand of the player on his/her left. (No peeking!) The player adds that card to his/her own hand of cards. If a match has been made, it can be laid down. Play continues with each player choosing a card from the person on their left until all matches have been made. The player holding the last penguin card is the winner.
I found your store through the TBTS. This practicing contractions game sounds like a lot of fun. Your penguin cards are fantastic! I am your newest follower.
A little different style game my students will love. Of course I found this as spring is approaching. Thanks for sharing ~ I love how creative you are!
