This organizer is used by students when they have peer conferences as part of the cycle during Writer's Workshop. It is very helpful for students to organize their ideas and questions for fellow writers. It's easy for children to use, and a great artifact for teacher use when collecting writing samples throughout the entire process of writing.
I really like this peer conference form. I like that it is not negative. I can't wait to use this in my class. I think it will be very helpful. Thanks. The only suggestions I have would be to eliminate some bullets for the suggestions and double-space between the bullets, for elementary students who don't write that small. Maybe you could also include a line for From,_____ so the teacher and student would know who filled out the peer form.
