This graphic organizer can be used as a way for students to take notes or as a internet activity. I had good results with the students using as an internet activity. The go out onto the web using their knowledge of the 7 elements of culture and fill in the information for each section. The different groups of people are Iranian, Israelis, Turks, Arabs, etc. After their research the broke off into groups and then did a mini-presentation on a group of people in the Middle East.
