This worksheet contains 10 tables that will have the students converting decimals to fractions or percents, fractions to decimals or percents, and percents to decimals and fractions. It is a great way for them to practice this key topic.
On the top of the worksheet, I have even included an example for the students to determine how to complete the table. The example has directions on how to use the graphing calculator to change from a decimal to a fraction, but that can easily be changed.
I have done the hard part for you, I made the worksheet look pretty and created the tables. You could actually use this worksheet over and over again because you can just change the numbers in the tables. Another idea is you can run this off, then cut them into little squares and give each student a square as a ticket out the door. You could also use these tables for a test or quiz by just hi-lighting it and copying and pasting it into another document. There are so many ways that this worksheet can make your life as a teacher easier!

Help
This is currently my 10th year teaching high school math. I started my career teaching in Quincy, Florida for 2 years. After that I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina for 3 years. I tried it back home where I grew up in Juneau, Alaska for 3 years. And now I am back in Winston Salem, North Carolina and I am currently in my 3rd year here and 2nd year as the Department Chair. I am hoping not to move anymore because I am very happy right now.
