This is a scaffolded persuasive essay assignment and a Powerpoint lecture.

The essay asks the student to argue what an appropriate age should be for adolescents to be allowed to date.

The assignment has a writing prompt and a set of worksheets that will guide students through the essay. There are a number of sentence starters and transition that are built in.
