PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Phonic Fun worksheets include activities introducing, consolidating, and revising phonic sounds with early readers. There are three groups of sheets, entitled Phonic Fun 1,2 and 3, and each group of sheets cover different phonic sounds and blends.

The Phonic Fun 2 sheets are designed to teach phonics to young readers.

Phonic Fun 2 sheets cover the phonic sounds or blends of: ew, aw, ur, ow (crow), oy, a-e, i-e, o-e, u-e, oi, er, qu, wh, u, th, bl, cl, fl, gl, pl, sl, br, cr, dr, fr, gr, tr, tw, sw, sk, ff and ss.

The sheets contain a variety of activities to introduce, practice, reinforce, and revise the phonic sounds included in each particular set.

Activities can include:
Read The Words; Fill The Sounds; Read And Draw; Crossword Puzzles; Picture Crossword Puzzles; Word Sleuths; Fill In The Word; Text To Picture Match; Rebus Writing Puzzles; Interpreting Text; Interpreting Pictures; Identifying Words, Written Clues; Picture Clues; and Reading Texts.

"Tick" the things you can see? How do explain what "tick" means? I assume it means to check it off, but I've never heard it used this way.

Sorry about that. We are in Australia and to 'tick' something certainly means to check it off. Tick is the term we use in this part of the world, both as a verb (to tick) and as a noun ( a tick).
