This is scope and sequence/continuum targets long vowels (CVCe) with interventions. My team and I have worked for a year to create and modify this. We've found that when a student is struggling with phonics, even something as simple as cvc words has to be broken down into small, sequential steps.
There's a great deal involved in learning CVCe words, for example. We've broken this down into sequential steps so when a student is struggling, you can
(1) See where they fall on the continuum
(2) Know what step is next
(3) Have a list of interventions to use
Many of these interventions can be done with a lot of materials you already have. The important key is breaking down the process and knowing where to go next - which we've done for you!
I'll continue to upload more continuums for other areas, as well as some of the intervention programs & assessments we've designed as well.
