Wonderful activity. I have put it in centers for my students! There really isn't a grade level attached to this because kids need phonics at all grade levels in order to read. The great thing about this is that if you lose one picture all you have to do is print out just that sheet. Laminate the directions (icon driven for those students who have difficulty reading) and you're ready to go! All Spanish activities and pictures are indicated with a yellow dot to easily differentiate between English and Spanish for transitional classrooms.
