Go back to school for a penguin party with this Pick a Penguin Centers and Activities packet! Your students will waddle with excitement as they learn about the life cycle of penguins! This packet comes complete with 118 pages that include 18 activities, centers, or teaching posters, student task cards, 2 tic-tac-toe rubrics (one for centers and one for activities) activity cover sheets, and student recording forms for assessment. You will receive Essential Question cards to focus the lessons along with Word Wall words to teach penguin vocabulary! This teaching packet is loaded and includes two projects that focus on learning about types of penguins. Loved this purchase! My only suggestion would be to cut back a little on the color. It takes a lot of ink to print out.

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for your interest in my Pick a Penguin Centers. I made this pack with the EQ cards that focus on penguins and penguin research. The activities can lend themselves to being coded with my labels from my CC notebook, but the graphics on the centers and printables are all penguin related. I plan to use it with my notebook this winter because it does involve many of the CCSS standards/skills and I can tie them in well with my literature/research of penguins/writing standards.
