There are 5 activities they must do and then they may choose any other 5 activities that they would like. They may do additional activities for extra credit. Included is cover sheet, activity information, needed worksheets, and the grading rubric.

I really like this activity and will be incorporating it into the independent reading that I have middle school classes do. I have been searching for a final assessment for each book that they read and I think that these activities will be just perfect.
