Thank you. My units are PDF files so you won't be able to edit them. I cannot send Word documents because of the graphics terms of use. You can purchase it and re-type the directions. This packet contains mostly numbers. You might have to white out "part" and "whole" on the work-mat. I am sorry I cannot be of more help.

Erica,
Can you tell me what the font is on the cover of your pirate unit? It has a mixture of dotted and lined letters. I have looked everywhere for it. Is it a DJ Inkers? I am SO wanting to use it for creations I use in my classroom. Thank you for responding. Sincerely, Beth Chepil

Dear Erica,
I love the Pirate theme you have used here.
I teach K and I would like to use a "K" version of your activities...especially the pirate chest/jewel activity. My K kids learning to solve addition and subtraction sentences using illustations. Some of the sellers' downloads allow one to make changes and customize the printables (using Word??? maybe). I would like to do this with your exciting printables. Is that possible?
Thanks for offering this...my 3 & 4 year old can't wait to make the pirate girl and boy.
PS I am in northern NJ too...just miles away

Hi, I am sorry because of clip art terms of use, I cannot send you the packet in Word. I will be adding more to the packet and will make a K version of the pirates. Thanks for your suggestion.

I see that it says this unit is for K-2 but are the common core standards addressed for all 3 grades?

It depends on the activity. For example Ways to make 5 would be only for K, Sum of Ten is for K-2, Fact Family work is for 1-2 (Pirate Domino Fact Families, Pirate Art and Math, and Pirate find the missing Part).
