Who doesn't love pizza? October is National Pizza Month but you can celebrate pizza any day, week, or month of the year!
This product includes nine pages to celebrate pizza. There are two pizza surveys that can be sent home for homework and then when returned, discuss, graph, and tally the results. An activity to match the chef hat to the correct pizza man to recognize nouns, verbs, and adjectives. The students will finish a "Perfect Pizza Poem" and there are two versions, one with a pizza girl and one with a boy. Finally, a writing activity for the children to imagine they owned a pizza shop. After writing, they can create a poster advertising their pizza shop. I conclude the activities with buying my children pizza for lunch and we eat together in the classroom.
