Can you please edit card number 21 unless of course I am misreading what it says? A quadrilateral has four sides and neither of these images has four sides.

That shape is a complex quadrilateral (the intersection doesn't count), but I can see how that could be confusing. I will change it and reupload it. Hopefully TpT will not throw a monkey wrench into things.
