Calendar and lesson plan documents are not included as they are not original documents I created. This document includes a plan book cover and mini-tutorial on how to set up your plan binder. Much better than any store bought ones I have found!

The Grading Scale (TpT Seller)
I am also having trouble with the document being blanked out. Would you please email me the document? I have a special education teacher in a small rural school. We use an inclusion model and I pull students for skill deficits throughout the day and spend a lot of time tracking data. I noticed on your blog you are using writing. I would love to set up a writing workshop for intervention purposes and would like to hear how that is going for you so far.
