This was AMAZING! A great link between school and home. We didn't do the writing but answered the questions orally for News. We got some great egg disguises, everything from a ninja egg to a puffer fish! One egg even strapped on a jet pack to get away! It was also excellent because I got the eggs for only a few dollars from the craft store and they made a great display for Open Day. Thanks.
Thanks! We hope your students enjoy the activity! :)

This was so cute! We don't have much luck with home projects at my school so we actually did this in class when we had our high school buddy class come and visit. Their high school buddy helped them and they created the cutest things!
Thanks! We hope your students enjoy the activity! :)

An excellent idea- to get the creativity flowing. The children loved it! We are studying inferences- so we wrote clues about our disguises so we could guess them
This idea is so so cute. I love that it's a great opportunity for a home-school partnership! :) Thanks.

I cannot wait until Tuesday to see our egg creations! The kiddos were so enthused about their ideas today so I can only imagine what will come through our classroom door! We are having "egg day" on Tuesday with our writing time creating our news article. Thanks as always for sharing your wonderful ideas!

Do you actually receive these copies in the mail or do you just get access to print them yourself?
Hello! These are digital files, PDF files. After you purchase them, they are available for download through the TPT site. You then would print them out on your computer. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Thank you,
Melissa :)
Between the two of us, we have taught a combined total of 26 years across all elementary grades 1-6. More importantly, we LOVE teaching and are excited to help teachers with their lesson planning!
