Plural Pizza Game is designed to review changing the singular form of nouns to the plural form by adding s, es, and ies. Students advance on the game board by correctly stating the plural spelling of words on game cards. The object of the game is to collect 8 pieces of pizza by landing on pizza spaces. The game includes a colorful game board, playing cards, pizza pieces, answer key, and an extension activity to be used for assessing students' ability to use plurals in sentences. This is a great teaching tool and can be used by resource teachers and sent home to be played with parents. Another game by Judy Kvaale.

I am a retired 3rd grade teacher with 30 years teaching experience. I have written two books based on language arts and math activities. My other experiences include teaching continuing education online courses for several universities and PBS TeacherLine. These courses are specifically designed for teachers. I have also taught summer school for elementary students and adults. I have given workshops on topics such as Teaching Tools on the Net, Lively Language, How to Write Book Reports and creative writing. I currently teach student teachers at our local university.
