Plural Set 1 contains the PowerPoint Plural Express and the activity Sweet Plurals. (Each of these are available as individual purchases.)
The Plural Express is a 22 slide PowerPoint that gives the common rules for the correct spelling of plurals.
Each rule is accompanied by 2 example words that follow the rule when they are changed from their singular form. There is only one rule presented per slide to help students keep the rules separate.
At the conclusion of the powerpoint students complete a table. The words are presented two at a time and the students must correctly spell either the singular or plural form. This chart has a self-checking option which provides immediate feedback to the class.

Great freebie! I particularly like the ice cream scoop sort where the students have to write the correct way to write the plural and then sort them into sundaes. :)

Memorial Site is being maintained for our aunt who passed away in 2011. She taught for 19 years in rural and urban areas. She created all these projects and posted them to share with other teachers.
