Every other Friday my students father together and share original poems and poems they love by other poets.
I noticed that if I didn't ask the kids what they were preparing to read before Friday's Poetry Circle, then many of them were unprepared to read their poem aloud to the class. Hence, I created this approval form, which you can adapt since it's an MS Word Document, to suit your needs.
A less obvious use of this form is that it teaches children to self-manage their learning and also to manage their time since there is a deadline for the date/time they must turn-in this form to you (their teacher).
Please evaluate this product after you purchase it. Thank you.
