I was so excited to purchase this product but for some reason when I try to print comes out blank or has black smudges. I do have the latest version of Chrome. I've tried at home and school and have the same results. Did anyone else have this problem?

Also try opening adobe reader first and then opening the document from the open menu in Adobe Reader.

You can check and download the most recent version for free on the Adobe website.
