This assignment asks students to take on the point of view (to become) a character in a story and to create a Facebook page in the role of that character. I have left the character and story names blank so that this assignment can be used for any book/story/poem etc. I have included all of the criteria on the first page: what to include in each section and what point of view to write in (the assignment requires students to write in all three). The second page provides the Facebook template to fill in. This is a creative activity that really gets the students thinking.
This is a pretty simple Facebook page, but it gets the job done. I ended up adjusting the point system, but that may have just been a personal preference. Anyway, my kids had fun with this. Thanks!

Is it possible to have this in doc. format. I want my students to be able to type information, then print it out?
I have been teaching high school English and Physical Education for six years in British Columbia, Canada. I have attended numerous professional development conferences in both subjects over the years. I have a huge interest in resource development.
