I wrote an email last week relating to not being able to open the powerpoint I purchased covering points, lines, rays, segments smartboard geometry. I bought this because I have a mimeo smartboard-however, I am unable to open this unit. Can you help me, or am I able to get a full refund back

You purchased a Smartboard Lesson. In order to open and use it you would have to have Notebook software on your computer. To get a refund you have to click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page on TeachersPayTeachers. They will then send you a refund for this item. I am sorry you didn't have the software to open it. You can download a free Notebook viewer by going to the link below
