I have tried a lot of different management systems in my classroom and this is the easiest one to implement that I have found. Everyone starts the day on Green - Ready to Learn. Students move up and down the chart as they make choices throughout the day.
This is great! It's easier to put together than others since you're gluing together pieces of paper that have more than one section. If that makes sense... Many coworkers have complimented me on it. I've directed them to the TPT site. Now they've downloaded it and put it to use in their classrooms.
The font is not embedded on the editable version so that you can change the text to what you want it to say. I have included a pdf format, also, that has embedded font. If you would like to get the font to match for the editable version, it is "Smiley Monster" and it is free. Here is the link:

Would it be possible to have the "top" spot be labeled "Outstanding" like Rick Morris suggests? I love the dots and really want to use it this year in my classroom.
I LOVE this! We are beginning the Leader in Me and this will really help our kids think about their behavior in a positive way. I'm going to share this with my team members.
I use them at this side. Page 2 shows the order and I print them on cardstock, tape together (I leave the white bottom part of the sheet and glue them together so the colors are touching) and laminate. I put clothes pins on both sides of the chart so it fits any class size. Please check out my TpT store for other polka dot items and follow me for updates on new products and sales. Thanks, Pam

If you are not able to send the power point, could you change the parent contact to say Surrender a Ticket?
Thank You!
I have received a lot of requests for this product to be customized. This weekend I am going to post an editable version for $2.00. It will be posted Saturday. Thanks for your interest.

Hi there!
I LOVE all the polka dots! Would you mind changing some of the wording for this behavior chart for me? I would really appreciate it!
From top to bottom:
Blue dot- WOW!
Green dot- Great Day
Yellow dot- Stop and Think
Orange dot- Teacher's Choice
Red dot- Parent Contact
My freebies are as is. I realize everyone has there own twist on this chart so I am thinking of posting a for sale product that has editable type. Is that something that you would be interested in?
The font is smiley monster from Amanda & Keven fonts.

I had contacted you about changing the wording on your "Polka Dot Behavior Management Clip Chart" a week ago or so. Sorry it has taken me a little while to get back...I just moved! : )
As for the clip chart I would really, REALLY appreciate the following from TOP to BOTTOM:
Black Dot - Make It A GREAT Day!
Purple Dot - Role Model
Blue Dot - Excellent Choices
Green Dot - Ready to Learn
Yellow Dot - Stop and Think
Orange Dot - Reflection
Red Dot - Teacher's Choice
You can e-mail me the PDF at emily.elizabeth.watson@gmail.com If you have any questions, please e-mail me.
I work in PowerPoint and save to PDF to protect the images and design. Go ahead and send me the words you want on the chart.

I love the polka dot behavior chart you created. I was wondering if you would ever consider sending me a word version of this file so I could change the words in some of the colors. If not, could I send you what words I would like and then you could send me the PDF? I would be happy to pay you for the extra work.
It is a PowerPoint file. Do you have PowerPoint? I am in the mountains this week so I can't email it to you until next week. No need to pay but I would appreciate it if you followed my store and blog :)
