This is awesome thanks! We just planned a Movie and Popcorn day for the last week. This is perfect and takes our thinking to the next level. FYI: We have 6 Kdg teachers and each is showing a different movie. The kids have to pick which movie they want to see and then visit that classroom for the veiwing. Have a nice rest of the year!
Your movie day sounds like a blast! We hope this pack will give you and your kiddos some structure along with fun times!! We only have 3 classes but that would be fun to give them some choice! Thanks for the great idea :)!

This looks like lots of fun! Thank you for sharing!
Great idea! I love to do themed activities for the last week of school. We do a Bubble Day, a Board Game day, etc. I think a Popcorn and Movie day will fit right in! Thanks so much!
What a great way to end the school year! Your "Popcorn and Movie Day! Theme Days for End of School" was the featured "Free Lesson of the Day" at "The Best of Teachers Pay Teachers."
Hope you both have a restful summer,
Vicky
Excellent! So glad you like it! Hope all your kiddos enjoy the activities!

This looks like a lot of fun! I like the variety of activities. I'm going to have my daughters invite some friends over one day this summer for some popcorn/movie fun and learning! I'll probably try your Ice Cream Sundae Fun Day too.
That's what we love to hear! Glad you love it too!

I love how you cover so many subject areas with this packet. I have a quick, and probably silly question for you. Is there a way that you have found to make this activity friendly for kiddos with food allergies. I teach a split shared class of 1st and 2nd graders with many gluten allergies. Some parents say not to the popcorn, others are okay for a taste. Any suggestions?
Ok... So I did a little research and it looks like Jolly Time and Orville Redenbacher both have gluten free popcorns... Even the flavored varieties. You may have to read some labels and do a little hunting, but hopefully you'll find what works for your kiddos! Good luck! We have a major peanut allergy fellow coming to us next year so I feel you! ;)

Thanks - what a great way to finish the year with a movie and popcorn - and not feel guilty about just "watching a movie." Will definitely use.
So glad to hear that. We used all 5 of our packs this last week of school, and it was much smoother than years past with mainly activities only. This kept the kids excited but still really focused and on task. They especially love surveying friends for the graph! A nice way to finish the year! Glad you like it!
These are really great activities to tie in a movie and make it FUN! I love this and thank you very much! There might be a couple of pages that I print b/w.
Great to hear! We actually printed the whole pack in black and white for our kiddos! We made sure we only chose graphics that printed crisp and clear in b/w! Hope it works great for you too!

I really like this overall. However, I would like to have a black and white copy provided. To print this is much more expensive in color and student copies would be in black and white anyway.
We actually printed the entire packet in black and white for our kids. Then they colored their own covers and graphics! It was fun to see the color palettes they chose. I think it actually made the whole set of activities more personal to them. Hope it will work for you too! We have VERYlimited access to a color printer at school so we feel your pain! :)
