Here is a practice Spelling Test I like to send home the night before I have a spelling test. It has English & Spanish directions on it. At the bottom there is a place for the parent to sign. It holds the parents accountable and it is fun practice for students as well. This form is a bit different than the other test forms I have submitted. It is more geared towards 1st and 2nd grades. I have the file in both Rich Text Format for Windows/Mac (so you can edit) and PDF. There is also a font included.
