When meeting with parents during the short time allotted for parent-teacher conferences, it is helpful to know what they would like to discuss ahead of time. I find this questionnaire to be extremely useful in focusing my conferences on the topics the parents are interested in; leaving them satisfied that their questions and concerns were answered. Also, some parents are hesitant to bring up concerns, or they forget them during the conference. This questionnaire helps with that as well. Plus, the students love it when their parents have "homework".
