PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

I created this prefix investigation for my first grade Montessori students as an introduction follow-up to their initial prefix lesson. The students join the given prefix with the given word to create the new word and then write what they believe the meaning of the new word is. This enables them to see the meaning of the given prefixes. The same activity is on the page two times, I'm always trying to save paper so just cut in half! :) My students enjoyed and understood this activity.
