UPDATED VERSION. Key is now included and a broken link from the earlier edition has been fixed. In this web-based activity, which could be completed after lecture using the Prehistoric Art powerpoint lesson also offered by myself, students will click on eight different links that feature information and a virtual reality tour about Prehistoric Art (Paleolithic Art, Neolithic Art). The students will answer questions based on the Prehistoric Art websites. Some of the questions are basic and others involve higher level thinking skills.

I wish you were around when I was teaching Humanities for the first time! As an English teacher who then had to teach art & music history, I seriously struggled. It is good to know that this lesson touched on the same things I did, so at least I know I was doing something right! :) Very good lesson - I know my students enjoyed exploring the Lascaux cave art on the web. Thanks for sharing!

This is a really good resource! I've been looking for a way to incorporate the Laucaux cave virtual tour into my classroom; this really helps! Next time I teach it, I'll add in the other sources you provide...Thanks!
