This file celebrates George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. It was created as a rotation / station type activity with a student booklet for independent assignment. Hands on centers include reviewing skills such as:
ABC order
Syllables
Money
making words
diagraphs
symbols
predictions
graphing
contractions
informational writing
measurement
sentence scrambles
letter writing
A small booklet for each president is also included inviting the students to illustrate the president's achievements and accomplishments.

I believe the President's Day Rotations is set up as a booklet form. If you print the 2/page back to back it creates a booklet for the kids.

Hi Lory,
I just purchased this Rotations packet, and wanted to ask you about the PDF files that are printed 2 pages on 8.5x11 paper. Was this done purposely or do I need to change some setting on my computer? Any of the writing activities would be too small for the students to actually print on. Suggestions?
Thanks,
Sharon Bryant
Disregard the earlier comment ;) I created the booklet to save on paper... however, each page is a full page within the centers. You have either option ;)
Thanks so much!!

Hi Lory,
I love your Presidents' Day Rotations packet! I was going through the pages and noticed that digraphs is spelled diagraphs. Just wanted to let you know.
Lory,
For some reason when I try to download the file from My Purchases it brings me back to your page and the President's Day Rotations item. Can you help me, so I can download the file? Just notice it's not only me. I will just wait until you get it fixed. Thanks for your wonderful creations - LOVE 'EM ALL!!!
Tami
Oh shoot!! I'll re-load it this morning... if you still can't download it send me your email and we'll do it the old fashion way ;) Thanks for your support!

I love my days!! Mother by morning, teacher by afternoon and mom by night. I have taught second grade for the past 19 years. I am truly living my childhood dream. I love helping my kiddos engage and explore for more knowledge and opportunities.
