Paste these labels to the front and back of a pocket folder or file folder and laminate. Then, students can stand them up on their desk for privacy and blocking during tests and quizzes or just for doing independent work. These work nicely, too, in alerting other students to keep quiet and not disturb a particular student making up a missed test when the rest of the class may be working on other activities. I used these throughout all of last year, and they worked really well. Students easily got into the habit of pulling them out right before a test without even being told. They actually preferred the privacy and some extra freedom from distraction. There are two labels on this single sheet.
