And they're off...Celebrate the Kentucky Derby with some probability practice. This mini unit focuses on the likelihood of events happening centered around the Derby horse race theme. A sort/cut/paste activity, spinner game, & a horse race using dice are some of the activities included. Great for whole class, small cooperative groups, and/or centers!

Exploring Elementary (TpT Seller)
LOVE this product! I will do this EVERY SINGLE YEAR from now on! My kids went crazy with the horse race! We did it during Math Workshop: Meet the Teacher. Each student picked a number and we worked on it together. It was SO MUCH FUN! Just loved it!

As a horse lover I am crazy about this center and as a teacher I am equally excited. I love the graphics, but I especially like the simple, straightforward way its all presented. I know the kids will "get it" with this lesson. Thank you.
