In this Promethean ActivInspire mini-lesson or guided practice activity, students must find the single picture in a group of pictures that does not belong. This is a phonemic awareness activity in categorizing phonemes. There is a beginning sound group, ending sound group, and medial short vowel group. The flipchart is enhanced with an engaging search and find medium for the pictures.
