In this Promethean ActivInspire flipchart, students sort pictures based on the rhymes that they hear. This is entirely a phonological awareness activity; there are no words or letters. Students are sorting pictures into three groups using three distinct word families (three different medial vowel sounds and three different ending consonant sounds). There is a self-correcting tool embedded in the activity.

A complete lesson plan is embedded in the flipchart.
