This is an activity in which students will play two roles. First, they will become one of five historical figures during the Protestant Reformation in Europe. They will need to research that character's life, beliefs, and attitudes toward the Protestant Reformation. Second, they will act as an undercover investigative reporter by creating interview questions of the historical figures of the Protestant Reformation and writing an article about those figures.
This is a NEWLY IMPROVED version with "Notes to the Teacher" explaining the activity, worksheet charts to guide students through, and even classnotes that can be used with students to prepare for the activity. If you want to engage your students in an interactive activity that challenges them to understand different viewpoints, this is an activity for you.
