This is an easy, fun activity involving the quadratic formula. Students are given a quadratic equation. They match it to the appropriate set up using the quadratic formula. They then simplify the formula and match that solution.

I thought your idea is good, however, I am wondering where the answer sheet is...not that I can figure them out but sometimes when you're in a hurry it's nice to have an answer sheet and the solutions to working them out as well.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have 31 years of teaching experience - 23 of those teaching in a small school setting where I was the ONLY math teacher. I currently teach in a large urban school, teaching Algebra I, Pre-AP Calculus and AP Calculus. I helped co-create our Algebra I curriculum to aid in success on the state tests. Scores went from 21% to over 80% since we rewrote the curriculum.
