This packet is perfect for small group instruction (Guided Reading groups) and can also be adapted for whole group instruction (for grades K-3). In my classroom, I will be using them for both. I have also made the pages and activities "generic" so they can be used for a variety of stories (over and over again).

I have just bought this and have skimmed through it - looks very good BUT I tried to print out the setting, characters etc. (4 posters) and I can only get black and White. Not so good for displaying in the classroom! How can I get it to print a color versión?

I have a good "stock" of graphic organizers for my students to fill out (black and white) but am specifically looking for clip art/visuals for comprehension strategies. I love your character, problem, setting, etc. that is showing in the preview. Do each of the strategies you mention in the description have similar colored visuals? Thanks!
