This form has worked great for my Kinders. They are able to use the form independently after showing them one or twice.

I love the simplicity of the form for my kinders, but I wish it used another choice word instead of 'bad'. I try to encourage my little friends to use words with less negativity, maybe eliminate the words? Or ...?
