Reading Response Questions for Practically Any Book {freebie}

This free download is for a set of reading response questions that your students can use with practically any book! I use this download to keep my students accountable during their daily self selected/AR/SRI time. At the end of our self selected reading time each day, I would my kiddos pick a question to respond to about the book they read that day, there are fiction and non fiction questions included, in a special Reader's Response Journal, a spiral notebook. I found this to be a great way to get my kiddos responding to text daily and it really helped organize my independent reading conferences.
Due to the questions included, I have found that this tool works best with students who are third grade and up!

I love this resource! But I am having an issue when I print it out. The Fiction Reading Response Question page has about 6 blackout areas on the right. It looks okay in printpreview but for some reason this is happening. Any suggestions!

Reading response questions may seem like nothing new, but this product also includes a guide that suggests a way to use them, which I love. It's quick, easy comprehension that hits the standards and still fits into my day! Of course, the collection of questions would also be great for the teacher who wants to assign a specific question of all students instead of letting them choose. This is a great (free!) collection of quality questions. Thank you!
