For teachers who use Reading Street here is your one stop shop for practice using Reading Street spelling words. This kit includes I Have Who Has games for each story in Unit 1 of the first grade series.
But even if you don't use Reading Street these games could be used during any word study activity in your classroom. This first kit covers all the short vowels.
Game 1: Unit 1 Story 1: Sam, Come Back(short a)
Game 2: Unit 1 Story 2: Pig in a Wig(short i)
Game 3: Unit 1 Story 3: The Big Blue Ox(short o)
Game 4: Unit 1 Story 4: A Fox and a Kit(inflected endings)
Game 5: Unit 1 Story 5: Get the Egg(short e)
Game 6: Unit 1 Story 6: Animal Park(short u)
