The color critters in the packet will engage your students while reading, rhyming, and learning colors. Each color is represented by an adorable color critter and an original poem by Deana Thelen. Please do not copy the poems without my permission. My students have been doing color puppets for years. I do them the first couple of weeks of school. My kiddos come in every day excited to see what color critter they will get to make! The rhymes are so much fun for little guys! I included suggestions for use too. I hope you love them as much as I do! Have fun!

You're welcome:-). I hope your class enjoys making them as much as mine do. I use them in first grade in the fall. Just last week my kids asked if there were more of them to make. So cute that they remember them!
