This file consists of a 1 page reading comprehension passage and a set of 5 comprehension questions related to the passage. The included passage contains background information about the history of pizza, and a no-cook recipe to create a dessert pizza using a rice cake. Students can read the passage, create the recipe, and answer the comprehension questions. This product is useful for test prep and in engaging reluctant readers, and fits in well with a unit on pizza or Italy. It has been successfully completed by students in grades 2 through 5.
